There is a per sample pack shipping and handling fee for all sample request orders.

The sample request relies heavily on your ability to describe what you are trying to accomplish with our foam or other products. In most cases we can recommend or even create a new formulation based on your specific needs. LMI does not and will not give out formulations to our products. LMI will not provide samples to known competitors.
